It is easy to get distracted during the day as a business owner. We all look for something to fidget with to alleviate stress during the day. Some may surf the internet, others may doodle etc. We all need stress relievers.

The easiest way to stay on track is to use your calendar. If it is not on your calendar then you should not be doing it as "that activity" is not going to bring you income.
